At Persa Flores, we prepare each bouquet on the same day it is shipped to ensure maximum freshness.

Orders placed before 9:00 AM will be delivered the next day throughout the peninsula.

If you place your order after 9:00 AM but before 12:30 PM and need urgent delivery, please call us at 950 120 211 — we will do our best to help you.

What happens if the recipient is not available at the time of delivery?

We work with trusted shipping agencies.

If the recipient cannot be reached, the agency will contact us, and we will coordinate with you to ensure the best possible solution. We do everything possible to ensure your bouquet arrives in perfect condition.

Can I include a personalized message with my bouquet?

Yes. All of our bouquets include a free personalized card, presented in an elegant black envelope with a card included.

Do you deliver flowers the same day?

Currently, we do not offer same-day deliveries .

To ensure the handcrafted quality of each bouquet, orders must be placed before 9:00 AM for next-day delivery.
