At Persa Flores, we are committed to fast, punctual, and careful delivery. Here you'll find everything you need to know to receive your bouquet in perfect condition.

Cost and shipping times

• Single rate: €8 per order.
• Shipping Monday through Friday , with special deliveries on select Saturdays. Delivery guaranteed within 24 hours .
• Estimated delivery time: between 10:00 AM and 3:00 PM . (Variations may arise due to extraordinary circumstances or force majeure.)

Urgent orders:

• For next day delivery, please place your order before 9:00 AM .
• Orders placed after this time will arrive one day after the selected date.

Can I choose the exact delivery date?

Of course! At Persa Flores, you can select the exact day for delivery of your bouquet, ensuring it arrives exactly when you want it.

How will your bouquet arrive?

• 📦 Special protective box: Reinforced and designed specifically for flowers.
• 📝 Personalized card: Includes your dedication printed on an elegant black card.
• 💧 Floral Nutrients: We add a sachet with nutrients to preserve freshness.
• 🌿 Impeccable presentation: Flowers carefully wrapped in eco-friendly kraft paper.

What happens if the recipient is not home?

If no one can receive the order, the agency will attempt delivery again the same day or the next business day. They may also contact the recipient directly to arrange delivery.

Coverage areas and exclusions

We ship to the entire Spanish peninsula.

We do NOT currently ship to:

• Balearic Islands
• Canary Islands
• Ceuta and Melilla
