When can my flowers arrive?

We deliver Tuesday to Friday. Order by 10:00 (Spain time) and you can choose the next available date from the calendar in your cart. Public holidays can change the options, and we do not promise an exact arrival time.

Can I order from outside Spain?

Yes. Use the recipient’s address in mainland Spain for delivery and your own details for billing. You can shop and contact us in English.

Can I include a personal message?

Yes. A personal gift message is included at no extra charge. Add your words when you choose the bouquet.

Is a vase included?

It depends on the product or gift package. Check the listed contents and selected options on the product page; optional extras are priced separately.
