We prepare every fresh bouquet on the day it is dispatched, taking care over the flowers we choose and how we arrange them.
Ready to give
Your bouquet comes wrapped in kraft paper, with your message in a black envelope and two flower-food sachets for care at home.
Care on the journey
Fresh bouquets travel with an Aquapack inside our protective box. Choose from the available dates in your order calendar.

Something not right with your delivery?

Send your order number and photos of the bouquet and packaging by WhatsApp or email. They will help us understand what happened.
