At Persa Flores, we are committed to fast, punctual, and careful delivery. Here you'll find everything you need to know to receive your bouquet in perfect condition.
Cost and shipping times
- Single rate: €8 per order.
- Shipping Monday through Friday , with special deliveries on select Saturdays. Delivery guaranteed within 24 hours .
- Estimated delivery time: between 10:00 AM and 3:00 PM . (Variations may arise due to extraordinary circumstances or force majeure.)
Urgent orders:
- For next day delivery, please place your order before 9:00 AM .
- Orders placed after this time will arrive one day after the selected date.
Can I choose the exact delivery date?
Of course! At Persa Flores, you can select the exact day for delivery of your bouquet, ensuring it arrives exactly when you want it.
How will your bouquet arrive?

- 📝 Personalized card: Includes your dedication printed on an elegant black card.

What happens if the recipient is not home?
If no one can receive the order, the agency will attempt delivery again the same day or the next business day. They may also contact the recipient directly to arrange delivery.
Coverage areas and exclusions
We ship to the entire Spanish peninsula.
We do NOT currently ship to:
- Balearic Islands
- Canary Islands
- Ceuta and Melilla

Of course! Select your ideal delivery date on the cart page, just before checkout. If you need it to arrive tomorrow, please place your order before 9 AM.

What happens if the recipient is not home?
The agency will call the recipient. If they are unable to deliver the bouquet, we will arrange a second delivery at no additional cost. See Our Promise for more details.
Do the flowers arrive exactly as pictured?
Yes, we guarantee maximum fidelity to the design you see. If there are slight changes due to seasonality, we will always send you flowers of equal or higher quality.
How do you protect flowers during shipping?
Each bouquet is shipped protected in our exclusive reinforced box, carefully wrapped to ensure freshness and integrity during transport.
Do you ship throughout Spain?
We offer fast shipping to the Iberian Peninsula and Portugal. Currently, we do not ship to the Canary Islands or the Balearic Islands.
