Shipping policy

Delivery cost and days

Standard delivery costs €9 per order, added to the bouquet price. We currently deliver Tuesday to Friday. Available dates are shown in the cart calendar before you complete your purchase.

Delivery includes a tracking number so you can check your order's progress.

Saturday delivery is a winter service and can only be selected when it is offered in the calendar. The applicable delivery price will be shown before payment.

Delivery date and order cutoff

The cutoff for the next available delivery date is 10:00 am, mainland Spain time. If you need next-day delivery, check that the date is available in the calendar before paying. Public holidays and the time you order can affect the available options.

We do not promise an exact arrival time. If your delivery has specific requirements, contact us before ordering.

Coverage

We deliver to mainland Spain. We do not ship to the Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta or Melilla.

Preparing your bouquet

Every bouquet is wrapped in kraft paper and protected by a Persa box. The Aquapack keeps the flowers hydrated during transit. Your message comes in a black envelope, with two flower-food sachets for caring for the flowers at home.

If delivery cannot be completed

Include the full address and a contact phone number for the recipient. Arrange for someone to receive the bouquet on the chosen date. If delivery cannot be completed, contact us with your order number. We will check the issue and the available options with the courier.
