PersaFlores Shipping Policy

At PersaFlores we are committed to offering a safe and reliable delivery service for all our customers. Below are our policies regarding the shipping of orders.

Delivery Times

- All orders are processed and shipped within 24-48 business hours after receiving payment confirmation.
- Once shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number to monitor the progress of your order.

Refund Policy and Liability

- If you do not receive your order within the first 48 hours after shipment, PersaFlores is not responsible for refunds related to the order or shipping costs.

- After 48 hours from shipment, if you still have not received your order, PersaFlores will assume responsibility for the shipping costs and will issue a refund of the order as long as it could not be delivered due to negligence on the part of the transport company. If the fault is the customer, no refund will be made.

Conditions

- To be eligible for a refund, you must contact our customer service after 48 hours have passed since the order was shipped.
- PersaFlores reserves the right to verify the status of the shipment before issuing any refund.
