PersaFlores Shipping Policy
At PersaFlores, we are committed to providing a safe and reliable delivery service to all our customers. Our policies regarding order shipping are detailed below.
Delivery Times
- All orders are processed and shipped within 24 to 48 business hours after receiving payment confirmation.
- Once shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number to monitor the progress of your order.
Refund and Liability Policy
- If you do not receive your order within the first 48 hours after shipping, PersaFlores is not responsible for refunds related to the order or shipping costs in cases where the transport company has attempted delivery and there was no one at the address, both on the first and second attempt, nor if the customer mistakenly indicates another delivery address and later requests the same refund, since we understand this to be a customer error and not ours.
- After 48 hours from shipment, if you have not received your order, PersaFlores will assume responsibility for the shipping costs and will issue a refund for the order, provided that it was not delivered due to negligence on the part of the shipping company. If the fault is the customer's, no refund will be issued.
Conditions
- To be eligible for a refund, you must contact our customer service within 48 hours of your order being shipped.
- PersaFlores reserves the right to verify the status of the shipment before issuing any refund.
