We photograph your finished bouquet before it leaves our workshop. Our team can help in English and Spanish through the store chat.
If your bouquet is not delivered because of a mistake by us or the courier, we send a new one free. If it arrives later than planned, we offer an extra gift. If it arrives damaged or the recipient is absent, contact us and we will work it out. This does not affect your statutory rights.
