To thank someone for dinner with flowers, first choose a time when the host can enjoy them. Arriving with a bouquet while they welcome guests may leave them finding a vase, water and space in the middle of the meal. Sending it later with a note about the evening often avoids that task. If you know they want flowers on the table, arrange an earlier delivery with them; do not rely on a courier reaching the door at the start of dinner.
Before, during or after dinner?
Before: ask whether they would like flowers for the table and who can accept delivery. Order after checking an available date in the basket calendar. During: if you bring flowers yourself, check that they have a container and somewhere to put them; courier delivery cannot promise the time of the invitation. After: for a thank-you without extra work during dinner, agree on a day when someone will be at home. Do not assume tomorrow is available: the calendar shows the dates you can choose.
This is a practical choice, not a universal etiquette rule. Interflora's occasion guide also suggests giving flowers before or after a meal so the host need not find a vase among guests. The full address and receiver's phone number matter as much as the date.
With a vase or wrapped?

Coral is listed at €70, and its listing includes a glass vase. It combines soft coral or orange roses, white lisianthus, green santini and foliage; some varieties may change with the season. Helios is listed at €55.50. It has sunflowers, small filler flowers and green foliage, with gift wrap, ribbon and a personal message included. The pictured Sakura vase is sold separately. A note about the invitation
